Shipping policy

Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. Orders typically ship the next business day unless placed before 3 PM PST. However, delays may rarely occur for reasons such as holidays, credit card verifications, etc.

Overnight, Priority and Express shipping methods are not available for U.S. Territories and certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii and will take longer to arrive.

Express Shipping:

Express shipping requires a signature upon delivery and if no one is available at your delivery location, they will leave a note indicating that you have missed the delivery and when to expect the next delivery.We do not have control on the time that the courier attempts delivery. The customer is responsible to contact the courier once they have missed the first attempt ensuring that they are available for the next delivery attempt based on what works best for them. The tracking also indicates where the item is located and the day it was getting delivered as well as how the customer could make arrangements with the courier and could give approval to leave the package at the door.
